After two decades of fast-turnaround living and boundary-pushing ideas, he found himself in need of a creative reset, and discovered it on the sun-licked sands of Búzios. Once a humble fishing village, Búzios transformed into Brazil’s “Saint-Tropez,” where Brigitte Bardot’s visit turned it into an artist’s haven—the perfect blend of rustic charm and cosmopolitan flair.
Today, Búzios remains a vibrant, walkable peninsula dotted with over 20 beaches, cobbled streets, artisan galleries, and live music venues, a melting pot of Brazilian soul and global creative energy.
That first taste of Búzios—the light, the sea, the collaborative spirit—it reignited Armi’s spark. He envisioned a place where creatives from all over the world could come to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their spark.
And that vision became BVRNOUT.

The BVRNOUT Restival™ will be part retreat, part festival, part therapy session. A gathering for the burnt-out dreamers and soulful makers to press pause, immerse in co-creation, and maybe share a caipirinha or two under the stars. It’s a place to reset, rekindle creativity, and build meaningful connections, all rooted in the cultural magic of Búzios and guided by creative leaders and talent from around the world.
